Our Customer Care program is designed to give you peace of mind—not just in the warranty coverage, but in knowing who to call and what to expect.
What’s Covered
We follow industry-standard warranty coverage, enhanced with third-party inspections and clear documentation. Here’s a general overview of what our clients can expect:
1-Year Fit & Finish Warranty
Covers materials and workmanship on items such as trim, cabinetry, flooring, tile, paint, fixtures, etc.
2-Year Systems Warranty
Covers mechanical systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC installation.
10-Year Structural Warranty
overs major structural elements such as foundation, framing, and load-bearing walls, per engineering and code standards.
Note: These warranties apply to new homes and major additions. Pool and outdoor features follow a separate service-specific schedule.

We also work with licensed subcontractors and trusted vendors who are accountable for their craftsmanship and often carry their own product warranties as well.
